I would like to thank you, our valued customers, for your support and loyalty for 14 years. F.A.S.T. Rescue has continued to grow since I started the company back in 1998, and it could not have happened without you. I am grateful for the relationships we’ve built over the years as students, clients, and friends. Thank you for your trust in our company and your ongoing feedback so we can know how to best serve you.

F.A.S.T. Rescue was born on my vision to help people. After being in the military for over 20 years, the best way I knew how was through education. I wanted to create a company that offers proper first aid instruction so individuals can find their inner strength to help others in stressful situations.  This year I’ve decided to get back to grass roots and invest our resources into improving the quality of training we offer you. We will be tailoring our courses to better fit your needs and make them more personable.

My personal commitment to you for 2013 is that F.A.S.T. Rescue will prioritize customer service first. I want to refocus on what is most important to me, and that is to support you, your family, and companies. Moving forward, you can expect a renewed sense of customer service from our entire company; from the administrative staff to the instructors and sales team.

We’ve expanded our business to include more quality products and services. Our online store now offers you 24-hour convenient access to 5000 safety products and defibrillators. We’ve also added exceptional online courses on a variety of safety topics to our list of services. We’re excited to offer our Health & Safety online program which has been proven to work and is cost effective.

As a company, we understand that we are in the business of helping people and hope to maintain our relationships with you built on integrity and strong values. While our products and services are important to us, our focus is on effectively serving you, our customer. We’re doing our best to meet and exceed your expectations.
