We currently have a full-time opportunity for an individual with a positive and professional attitude and clear communication skills to work as a Safety Inspector in Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Effectively and professionally meet with clients to discuss their Health and Safety requirements for their workplace
- Refit their existing First Aid kits/rooms and provide other supplies as needed
- Educate customers on promotions or services to up-sell products/services and take orders
Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary School Graduate or equivalent
- Current and valid G Drivers License
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
Compensation
- Base plus commission in the first 3 months
- Vehicle/vehicle allowance
- Gas Card
First Aid Instructors
We currently have a opportunities for full time/part time First Aid Instructors with a positive and professional attitude and teaching experience to work as a First Aid Instructor in Ontario, Canada. Training will be provided to qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Teach First Aid & CPR/AED skills effectively and professionally to clients
Specific Job Responsibilities
- Deliver quality 1 or 2 day in-class training programs to clients on the following subjects – Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR/AED and WHMIS
- Responsible for picking-up materials required for the training event (i.e. manuals, mannequins, and equipment)
- Responsible to set-up materials on-site and ensure room meets training needs making on-site adjustments where possible
- Lead and facilitate group discussions / role plays / demonstrations as required
- As part of the training event, conduct on-site inspection of site (i.e. first aid kit, eye wash station, H&S board) with class participants as part of the learning experience
- Ensure all materials (i.e. mannequins, equipment, etc.) are handled with exceptional care and maintained in good condition
- Overall training event ownership, including adherence to instructional toolkit check-list
- Provide required documentation following training event back to Training Department for follow-up purposes
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, learning about our products and services
Desired Skills & Experience
- Educational Background Grade 12 (minimum)
- College degree – an asset
Previous Work Experience
- 1-3 years in a training / teaching environment

Additional Information
- Health & Safety knowledge an asset
- Paid training will be provided and is a mandatory requirement for Instructors
- Most training event locations are commutable from the Greater Toronto area; some travel may be required including occassional overnight stays
- Employee required to come into head office as required to pick-up / drop-off materials
- Must have own reliable vehicle along with clean drivers abstract
- Part-time position will guarantee a minimum of 10 days per month; position may require up to a maximum of 15 days per month based on business needs.
- Full-time positions require teaching 21 days/month
