Quebec Safety Regulations:

Quebec Safety Regulations call for a minimum number of staff members to be certified in first aid and CPR. The minimum number of people to be trained in each building is determined by the Commission de la Santé et de la Securité du Travail. The Building Director of each building should identify the staff members to be trained. The supervisors of workshop operations should always be certified.
